As the CEO of Lane Financial Group, my mission is to make Medicare simple, accessible, and understandable for every client we serve. With a passion for helping individuals navigate their healthcare options, I have dedicated my career to educating seniors, empowering families, and ensuring our clients receive the coverage that best fits their needs and goals.
I believe that healthcare decisions should be made with confidence, transparency, and personalized guidance. Under my leadership, our team is committed to providing exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and treating every client with the care and respect they deserve.
My vision is to create a company culture centered on integrity, education, and excellence while continuously improving the Medicare experience for the communities we serve. Whether assisting someone enrolling in Medicare for the first time or helping them review their existing coverage, our goal is to be a trusted resource every step of the way.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family, supporting community initiatives, and finding new ways to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
“People come first. Medicare is what we do, but helping people is why we do it.” — Craig Lane

No problem. We regularly work with agents who need carrier releases, transfers, or assistance onboarding existing downlines.
Our team will guide you through the process, coordinate with carriers when needed, and make sure your transition into LFG Insurance is as smooth as possible so you can keep your business moving without interruption.
Yes. We also offer annuities, ancillary products, and final expense opportunities.
What makes LFG Insurance different is our proprietary internal final expense referral system—built in-house to help agents generate additional income from the clients they already serve. This system is designed to create consistent, weekly income opportunities alongside traditional Medicare production.
No—you are not required to recruit or build a team.
This is a 100% optional opportunity focused on your individual production and success as an agent.
For those who choose to grow beyond personal production, there is an opportunity to build a team after proving consistent sales performance and leadership ability. At that point, agents may qualify for an override structure, allowing them to earn additional residual income from their downline production while continuing to focus on their own business.
Importantly, this does not take money away from your agents’ commissions—it is an additional compensation structure paid separately based on production, not a reduction of agent earnings.
